1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any service from UK & EU Job Hunt Services (JHS), operated by 3DYCpro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Please read them before proceeding with payment.
2. Services Provided
Our services include ATS-optimised CV/Resume writing, Cover Letter & Motivation Letter drafting, LinkedIn Profile Optimisation, and Profile Marketing & HR Outreach. Service timelines begin from the date of receiving all required client information and completed payment.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including educational background, work history, skills, and target roles. Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of information by the client do not constitute a failure by 3DYCpro and do not extend service timelines.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via PayPal in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. Full payment must be completed before any service commences. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
5. Intellectual Property
All documents created by 3DYCpro for the client become the client's exclusive property upon receipt of full payment. 3DYCpro retains the right to use fully anonymised, unidentifiable versions as portfolio samples unless the client explicitly opts out in writing within 30 days of service completion.
6. No Employment Guarantee
3DYCpro provides professional job-search support services but cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Success depends on factors including the client's qualifications, market conditions, visa/right-to-work eligibility, and individual interview performance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1. Data We Collect
We collect personal data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number, CV/resume content, educational and professional history, and communication preferences.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for delivering purchased services — crafting your CV, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile, and conducting HR outreach on your behalf. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
3. Data Sharing
Your professional profile is shared with potential employers and recruiters strictly as part of the HR Outreach service. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for 24 months from the end of your service period. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@3dycpro.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Contact info@3dycpro.com to exercise any of these rights.
6. Security
All client data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We regularly review and update our security practices to protect your information against unauthorised access.
Refund Policy Overview
We are committed to delivering outstanding services. Please review our refund conditions carefully before purchasing:
- Within 48 hours of payment — Full refund if no work has commenced and you have not submitted your onboarding information.
- After work has commenced — No refund once CV/Cover Letter drafting or HR Outreach has begun, as expert time and resources have been committed.
- Service Dissatisfaction — We offer up to 2 revision rounds free of charge. If you remain dissatisfied after revisions, a partial refund of up to 50% may be considered at our sole discretion.
- Non-Delivery by 3DYCpro — In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver agreed services within the agreed timeline (excluding client-caused delays), a full refund will be issued promptly.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@3dycpro.com with your order details and reason for refund within 7 days of service completion or non-delivery. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal within 5–10 business days.
Step 1 — Purchase & Onboarding
Select your package and complete payment securely via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business hours, containing your personalised onboarding questionnaire.
Step 2 — Information Gathering
Complete the onboarding questionnaire covering your work history, education, skills, certifications, target roles, and target UK/EU countries. Attach your existing CV if available. The more detail provided, the better your deliverables will be.
Step 3 — CV & Document Drafting
Our experts craft your ATS-optimised CV, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn content within 3–5 business days of receiving complete information. You review the drafts and provide feedback. Up to 2 revision rounds are included at no additional charge.
Step 4 — LinkedIn Optimisation
Once your documents are approved, we provide a detailed LinkedIn optimisation guide. Alternatively, with your optional access credentials, we can directly update your LinkedIn profile for maximum impact.
Step 5 — HR Outreach
We begin proactive outreach to recruiters and hiring managers in your target industry and geography. Weekly progress reports — including the companies contacted and responses received — are shared via email throughout your service period.
Step 6 — Ongoing Support & Wrap-Up
Throughout your service period, our team is available via email for guidance, updates, and support. At the end of the period, we provide a final summary report. Renewals can be purchased at any time to continue the outreach momentum.
